Boys and Girls Club of the Harbor Area

The Boys & Girls Club of the Harbor Area has been at the forefront of youth development for over seven decades, working with young people from all economic circumstances. Founded in 1941, we have a rich history of providing the youth of Orange County a safe place to grow and learn. Our organization has the distinction of being the oldest Boys & Girls Club in Orange County, with locations serving youth in Irvine, Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. The Boys & Girls Club of the Harbor area actively seeks to enrich the lives of boys and girls who other youth agencies have difficulty reaching. We are dedicated to ensuring that our youth have greater access to quality programs and services that will enhance their lives and shape their futures.  Learn more

Empty Benches

We are a nonprofit organization that supports and encourages participation of youth in amateur athletics. Our mission is to financially support youth who would otherwise be unable to afford to participate in sports, as well as organizations that provide athletic opportunities to these children, so that everyone gets a chance to play. Preference is given to programs that share our belief that participation in organized athletics enriches young lives and develops strong community leaders.  Learn more
